What is the Outrider made of?
We are using EVA foam in the Outrider shoes because it is soft, flexible, and durable. To make the shoes more environmentally friendly, 25% of the EVA is made from renewable sugarcane allowing us to be kinder to our land, water, and air.
Where are the Outriders made?
The Outrider is made by a top-notch EVA manufacturer in the United States. This factory focuses on making shoes in an environmentally-friendly way, recycling scraps and post consumer recyclables and/or using eco-friendly materials when possible. By keeping our supply chain and manufacturing within the U.S., we help to create American jobs, reduce overseas shipping, and speed up delivery.
As Westech explores new opportunities in the future, some products may be sourced from overseas. These choices will be made carefully, considering cost, manufacturer’s capabilities, and environmental impacts. Westech will prioritize and support U.S. manufacturers whenever possible.
What the heck are these good for?
The Westech Outrider was designed with comfort in mind, and can be worn in just about any environment.
A great recovery shoe for everything post saddle, kickin' turds around the ranch, feeding the chickens & equines.
Great for the garden, walkin' the dog, getting the mail, taking out the trash, and doom scrolling on the sofa.
Also great for fishing, cooking, nursin', outdoor music festivals, travel...
Simply put "Good for wearin'".
Where do I keep em?
A great place to keep em is right next to your door, or entryway to your home / work. Slip off your boots or shoes and step right into your Westech's.
They are great for travel, and easy to pack.
Can I keep these in a hot vehicle?
Heck no! EVA footwear is sensitive to temperature, especially heat. Be mindful not to store your shoes in a hot car / truck, or greenhouse as they can shrink.
They're so soft, can I eat them?
Absolutely not! They are shoes intended only for wearing on your feet.
Do the Outriders float?
Indeed they do! Great for boating, creek walkin', heck if you wanted to use them as a bobber while fishing you could, please send a video.

How should my Outriders feel?
The Outrider has a roomy feel compared to a traditional cowboy boot, but it still provides structure and support. It’s designed to stay secure on your foot without a back strap, so it shouldn’t feel too loose or floppy.
Unlike typical EVA shoes, the footbed has a slight pitch and a more shaped fit through the middle, which helps it stay in place while still feeling natural and comfortable. If you’re used to wider, boxier slip-ons, the Outrider may feel a bit more contoured around your foot.
Are you planning on extending your size range?
Yes!
We are launching with a core selection of sizes initially, but we do plan on offering larger and smaller sizes.
We also have future plans for going into kids sizes as well. Imagine that? We can!
Ordering
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

How do I track my order?
Upon ordering you will receive an email sharing the status of your order. The email will include your tracking number and estimated delivery date.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We partner with all major carriers and local courier services. You can select your preferred delivery method during checkout.
Returns are accepted for new, unworn items in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. Items returned in a condition other than their original state will not be eligible for a refund and will be sent back to the address on file.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.
To initiate a return within 30 days of your purchase, contact us at howdy@westech-usa.com with your name and order number.
What is considered unworn or original condition?
This means that the Outriders must be un-scuffed, and free from any dirt, with no wear marks present. We recommend trying them on while standing on a rug, or soft surface to avoid any damage to the outsole.
How do I return my Outriders?
For the Outrider shoes, please keep the shipping box we sent you. It’s specially designed for reuse during returns. Simply place the shoes back into the box and seal it using the second peel off sticker provided on the flap.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship overseas?
Currently we do not, but we do plan on expanding our shipping in the near future. In the meantime stay updated by joining our mailing list.
